Learn about the Elderly Benefit Specialist Program and making a referral for services for 60+ adults who:

  • Want to know more about private or public benefits
  • Need help in organizing medical paperwork and applying for benefits
  • Were denied benefits they think they are entitled to receive

 

Learn about how Acute Care Services can assist with:

  • Referrals and investigations for Adult Protective Services
  • Identifying service needs & referrals for people experiencing a mental health concern
  • Assessing for risk
  • Understanding the role of Acute Care Services
