Ackerman's Grove County Park lies along the southeastern shore of Little Cedar Lake. The 73 acres of hilly, wooded terrain affords beautiful views of the lake and opportunities to enjoy woodland and wildflowers along the hiking trail.

Soccer fields at the entrance to the park are used by the Washington County FC for games and practices. Soccer fields are not available to the general public except for soccer use only by groups and by arrangement with the club. For information, contact one of the soccer club board members at:

Park Rules and Regulations
  • No hunting or trapping
  • No dogs allowed on beach or in swimming area
  • No golfing on soccer fields
  • Daily or Annual boat launch permits are required
  • No overnight camping or open fires, other than those contained in grills
  • Parking on grass is prohibited
  • No ATV or snowmobile lake access is permitted
  • Observe speed limit and other posted regulations
  • Boat trailer parking only allowed in designated lot
  • Keep pets under control and on a leash not to exceed 6 feet. Owners responsible to pick up all pet waste.
