Clean Sweep


The Washington County Full Service Clean Sweep is an opportunity for county residents to properly dispose or recycle unwanted hazardous chemicals, electronic goods, medications and used tires. Now collected - large household appliances and TVs. 

A $30*/car registration fee was required in 2018 for the disposal of hazardous waste, electronics, televisions and large/small household appliances. (limited participation)

The Medicine Collection (unlimited participation) was free.

Tire Collection (unlimited participation) - disposal fees (per tire) were charged that day.

The $30 registration fee for hazardous wastes does not cover tires!
Only have tires? No pre-registration required.
