Description Washington County Samaritan Health Center is seeking sealed single prime bids to crack fill, seal coat and re-stripe two parking lots and driveways located at the Samaritan Health Center and Fields Assisted Living complex. Bid security shall be by qualified surety in the form of a bid bond (or certified check) in the amount of (5%) of the bid amount, and shall be submitted with the bid. Failure to submit the required bid security as part of the firms sealed bid will result in immediate rejection of the firm's bid.
