Title Tree & Shrub Planting Services
Description Quotes are invited for the planting of approximately 114 trees or shrubs of different species and sizes for an Arboretum at Washington County’s Family Park located in the Town of Hartford, Washington County WI. All trees and shrubs for this request must be planted to the County’s satisfaction by May 30, 2012. The trees and shrubs have already been purchased and Owner will transport the trees and shrubs to the park and set them beside the planting locations. The work of this request includes, but is not limited to planting, mulching and staking of all trees and shrubs to be planted. Firms interested in performing the services of this request must have a minimum of 5 years experience in doing this type of work and are to provide with their quote references of three (3) similar, past projects completed within the past 5 years that Washington County may contact to verify firms experience. Washington County reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any and all quotes or parts thereof deemed to be unsatisfactory or not in the County’s best interest. Furthermore, Washington County reserves the right to cancel any order or contract for failure of the successful bidder to comply with the terms, conditions and specifications of the quote request and/or contract. Washington County reserves the right to award the quote in the aggregate or by item or like item groups (where applicable) to the lowest responsible, responsive bidder who complies with the specifications, service and can meet the requirements of this request.
